摘要
现代学徒制是一项可以优化教学资源、培养综合素质型技能人才、由学校和企业共同开展推进的教学模式,高职院校创新创业教育除了注重培养学生在某一专业领域的专业技能之外,还应更加注重提升学生的创新能力。将双创教育有机融入现代学徒制教学模式中,从课程教学改革、师资队伍建设、实践平台建设等多个维度探析二者融合模式,为高职院校基于专业的双创教育提供改革思路,为培养专业型高素质技能创新型人才提供参考。
Modern apprenticeship is a teaching mode that can optimize teaching resources,cultivate comprehensive quality skilled talents,and be jointly promoted by schools and enterprises.Innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges not only focuses on training students'professional skills in a certain professional field,but also pays more attention to improving students'innovation and development ability.This paper organically integrates the innovation and entrepreneurship education into the modern apprenticeship teaching mode,and analyzes the integration mode from the aspects of curriculum teaching reform,teacher team construction and practice platform construction,so as to provide new reform ideas for the specialty based innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and provide reference value for the cultivation of professional high-quality skilled and innovative talents.
