摘要
在提倡“三全育人”“五育并举”的时代背景下,高职院校后勤服务育人机制和体系难以满足新时代的育人要求。针对后勤工作人员整体学历、水平低,育人机制不健全,服务质量欠佳,育人平台和环境打造不足等问题,高职院校亟须创新符合时代要求的育人思路,构建管理育人、服务育人、环境育人、队伍建设、学生参与“五位一体”的育人模式。
Under the background of advocating"three complete education"and"five-education",the education mechanism and system of logistics service in higher vocational colleges are difficult to meet the education requirements of the new era.In view of the problems such as the overall educational background and level of logistics staff is low,the education mechanism is not perfect,the service quality is poor,and the education platform and environment are not built enough,higher vocational colleges urgently need to innovate the education ideas that meet the requirements of the times,and build a"five in one"education mode of management education,service education,environment education,team building,and student participation.
