摘要
药物性肾损伤又称为药物相关性肾病,通常是指由于药物不良反应或药物不良事件所引起的药源性肾病,由不同药物引起的,具有不同临床特征及病理类型的疾病。对于药物性肾损伤而言,某些抗肿瘤药物,特别是铂类抗肿瘤药物最具代表性,这是由于铂类抗肿瘤药物主要由肾脏代谢。因此,铂类抗肿瘤药物产生的急性肾损伤相关机制值得深关注,并以此为基础寻找减轻铂类抗肿瘤药物肾损伤的有效防治方法。文章就铂类抗肿瘤药物导致急性肾损伤相关机制进行综述。
Drug based kidney injury is caused by different drugs during therapeutic process because these drugs have some adverse effects on body organs.Among these drugs which are nephrotoxic,platinum based antitumor drugs are the most representative.So it is important to search effective preventions and treatment methods to reduce kidney injury caused by platinum based antitumor drugs.According to recent researches,the mechanisms of platinum based antitumor drugs inducing AKI include triggering oxidative stress,cell apoptosis,inflammatory and so on.In this paper we will discuss the mechanisms of AKI caused by platinum based anti-tumor drugs in these respects.
