共生视域下应用型本科高校专业集群建设研究 被引量:17

摘要 专业集群已成为应用型本科高校新形势下提升核心竞争力的战略选择,它作为专业间本质上的“异质同存”关系,与共生理论具有较强的兼容性和适应性。共生视域下应用型本科高校专业集群建设受到内部共生专业,以及专业间的共生模式、共生环境和共生机制等因素制约。基于共生理论,应用型本科高校可以建设非对称互惠条件下点共生、偏利条件下间歇共生、对称互惠条件下一体化共生三种模式的专业集群,构建专业集群共生机制要注重专业的差异发展、三重定标、分类建设、协同育人、打造特色,而因校制宜优化专业共生环境是应用型本科高校专业集群建设取得成效的关键。 Specialty cluster has become a strategic choice to enhance the core competitiveness of application-oriented universities under the new situation.Since there is the essential"heterogeneous coexistence"relationship among specialties,specialty cluster has strong compatibility and adaptability with symbiosis theory.From the perspective of symbiosis,the construction of specialty cluster in application-oriented universities is restricted by the internal symbiotic specialty,the symbiotic mode among different specialties,symbiotic environment,and symbiotic mechanism.Based on symbiosis theory,application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities can build three modes of specialty clusters:point symbiosis under asymmetric and reciprocal conditions,intermittent symbiosis under partial profit conditions,and integrated symbiosis under symmetric and reciprocal conditions.To construct the symbiosis mechanism of specialty clusters,the differential development of specialties,triple scaling,classified construction,collaborative education and features creation should be emphasized,and the key to the success of construction of specialty cluster in applied undergraduate universities is to optimize the symbiotic environment of the specialty according to the varied school conditions.
