摘要
围绕国家生物医药和食品产业的发展需求,结合新工科背景下应用型地方本科高校专业人才培养目标,突出产教融合,强化校企协同育人,以许昌学院食品医药与健康专业群为依托,从专业结构优化、人才培养模式改革、专业群课程体系重构、创新实践平台构建和师资队伍建设方面,对食品医药与健康专业群建设路径进行探索研究,为应用型地方本科高校培养高水平应用型食品医药科技人才提供参考。
Focus on the development needs of the national biomedicine and food industry, combine with the training objectives of applied local undergraduate colleges and universities in the context of new engineering, highlight the integration of industry and education, and strengthen the collaborative education between schools and enterprises. Based on the food medicine and health specialty group of Xuchang University, this paper explores and practices the construction path of the food medicine and health specialty group from the aspects of specialty structure optimization, talent training mode reform, specialty group course system reconstruction, innovative practice platform construction and teacher team construction, so as to provide reference for the application-oriented local undergraduate colleges to cultivate high-level applied food medicine science and technology talents.
