摘要
目的分析白内障手术与玻璃体切割联合应用治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法于洛阳市第一人民医院2017年1月—2019年6月收治的增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者中选择100例,分为两组,对照组给予玻璃体切割联合晶状体切除术治疗,研究组联合应用玻璃体切除与超声乳化吸除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组术后平均视力水平为(0.79±0.12),对照组为(0.58±0.15),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后视力水平0.6~1.0,占比40.0%,<0.1占比12.0%,与对照组的16.0%和20.0%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为8.0%,对照组发生率为30.0%,与研究组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体切除与超声乳化吸除术联合治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者视力水平,减少患者并发症发生,具有较好疗效和安全性。
Objective To analyze the effect of hyperplastic diabetic retinopathy combined with vitrectomy and cataract surgery.Methods Totally 100 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with vitrectomy combined with lens resection, while the research group was treated with vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The average postoperative visual acuity was(0.79±0.12) in the study group and(0.58±0.15) in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). The postoperative visual acuity of the study group was between 0.6 and 1.0(40.0%) and < 0.1(12.0%), which were statistically different from 16.0% and 20.0% of the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate was 8.0% in the study group and 30.0% in the control group, which was significantly different with the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitrectomy and phacoemulsification combined with phacoemulsification in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy has a significant clinical effect, can effectively improve the visual acuity of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, with higher efficacy and safety.
