摘要
目的研究糙皮侧耳Pleurotus ostreatus(Jacq.)次生代谢产物的化学成分。方法糙皮侧耳大米培养发酵物乙酸乙酯提取物的分析采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH⁃20、半制备HPLC等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为5⁃羟甲基糠醛(1)、羟基酪醇(2)、对羟基苯乙醇(3)、7⁃羟基⁃4⁃甲氧基⁃5⁃甲基香豆素(4)、flavasperone(5)、TMC⁃256C1(6)、pyrophen(7)、isopyrophen(8)、十八烷酸(9)、油酸(10)、1⁃油酸单甘油酯(11)、1⁃亚油酸单甘油酯(12)、麦角甾醇(13)、3β⁃羟基⁃5α,8α⁃过氧麦角甾醇⁃6,22⁃双烯(14)、菜油甾醇(15)、菜籽甾醇(16)。结论化合物1~3、5~11、13、15均为首次从侧耳属真菌次生代谢产物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of the secondary metabolites from Pleurotus ostreatus(Jacq.).METHODS The ethyl acetate extract from fermented rice substrate of P.ostreatus was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH⁃20 and semi⁃preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as 5⁃hydroxymethyl furaldehyde(1),hydroxytyrosol(2),p⁃hydroxyphenethylalcohol(3),7⁃hydroxy⁃4⁃methoxy⁃5⁃methylcoumarin(4),flavasperone(5),TMC⁃256C1(6),pyrophen(7),isopyrophen(8),stearic acid(9),oleinic acid(10),glyceryl monooleate(11),1⁃monolinolein(12),ergosterol(13),3β⁃hydroxy⁃5α,8α⁃epidioxyergosta⁃6,22⁃diene(14),campesterol(15),brassicasterol(16).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-3,5-11,13,15 are isolated from the secondary metabolites of genus Pleurotus for the first time.
