摘要
目的:研究尼泊尔酸模Rumex nepalensis Spreng.70%乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法:采用各种柱层析方法(硅胶柱色谱、大孔树脂、葡聚糖凝胶等)和波谱数据(^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR、MS)对尼泊尔酸模70%乙醇提取物进行化学成分分离和结构鉴定。结果:从尼泊尔酸模中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别鉴定为:10-hydroxyaloin A(1)、10-hydroxyaloin B(2)、10-hydroxycascaroside C(3)、10-hydroxycascaroside D(4)、streptokordin(5)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(6)、2-甲氧基-对苯二酚(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、(2E)-8-hydroxy-2,6-dimethyl-2-octenoic acid(9)。结论:其中,化合物1~7、9为首次从尼泊尔酸模中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the 70%ethanol extraction of Rumex nepalensis.Methods:The compounds from the 70%ethanol extraction of Rumex nepalensis were isolated and identified by column chromatography(silica gel column chromatography,macroporous resin,glucan gel,etc.)and spectroscopic methods(^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,MS).Results:Nine compounds were isolated from Rumex nepalensis,and identified as 10-hydroxyaloin A(1),10-hydroxyaloin B(2),10-hydroxycascaroside C(3),10-hydroxycascaroside D(4),streptokordin(5),dibutylphthalate(6),2-methoxyhydroquinone(7),daucosterol(8),(2E)-8-hydroxy-2,6-dimethyl-2-octenoic acid(9),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 7,9 are isolated from Rumex nepalensis for the first time.
