摘要
目的对胡蔓藤的非生物碱类化学成分进行研究。方法采用HPD-800大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱和ODS中压柱色谱进行分离,采用葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)及制备液相进行纯化,根据理化性质和光谱学数据鉴定结构。结果得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,1)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,2)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,3)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,4)、熊果酸(ursolic acid,5)、没食子酸(gallic acid,6)、阿魏酸(ferulic acid,7)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,8)。结论化合物1~8均为首次从该属植物中分得。
Objective To investigate the non-alkaloid constituents from Gelseraiura elegans Benth. Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate the non-alkaloid constituents, and physicochemical constants and spectroscopic analysis were employed for structural elucidation. Results Eight compounds were isolated, and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol (1), stigmasterol (2), daucosterol (3), stigmasterol-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), ursolic acid (5), gallic acid (6), ferulic acid (7), protocatechuic acid (8). Conclusion All compounds are obtained from this genus for the first time.
