摘要
目的研究建立奥利司他超高效液相色谱快速检测方法。方法以ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18柱(Φ100mm×2.1mm,1.7μm)为固定相,以81%乙腈水溶液为流动相,流速0.4mL.min-1,进样0.8μL,在195nm检测,采集信号并分析。结果在此色谱条件下,可有效地对奥利司他样品进行快速检测。结论该超高效液相色谱法可快速、有效地完成对奥利司他的分析检测。
Objective To develop an UPLC method for the determination of orlistat.Method Orlistat was separated with ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(Φ100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm),using 81% acetonitrile solution as mobile phase,and detected at 195 nm.The flow rate was 0.4 mL·min-1,and injection volume was 0.8 μL.Result In the given chromatography conditions,orlistat can be determined efficiently.Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of orlistat samples effectively and efficiently.
