摘要
本文梳理了陕西省汉中市全面推行河长制湖长制进展及成效,包括统筹责任落实、完善规章制度、强化考核督办、突出问题导向等,从河湖管护源动力、总河长作用发挥、制度机制创新建设等方面总结认识与体会,为有关地方充分发挥河长制湖长制制度优势,开展河湖治理管护提供参考。
Progress and achievements of Hanzhong City in Shaanxi Province regarding the implementation of river-lake chief system have been reviewed,in the respects of integrated accountability,rules and regulations reinforcement,strengthening of assessment and supervision and highlighting problem-solving with a target,by the summary and get knowledge on how to motivate people for river and lake protection,play role of the river chief and innovation of system and mechanism,so as to give full play to the system advantage and provide a reference for local management authorities.
