摘要
甘肃省嘉峪关市在全面推行河长制工作中,通过建立健全组织体系、出台工作方案、配套完善各项制度、严格考核问责等措施,落实绿色发展理念,保护河湖生态环境。介绍了河长制工作取得的阶段性成效,总结了确保河长制工作顺利推进的经验做法,即三个“率先”、四个“统筹”、五个“强化”。
In order to implement river chief system in an effective way, the Jiayuguan City in Gansu Province has applied the green development concept and protected river-lake ecosystem and environment by perfecting institutional system, proposing working plans, strengthening rules and regulations, as well as strict performance evaluation and accountability. Periodical achievements have been made in implementing river chief system, with summary of best practices and experiences, including three “first”, four “coordinate” and five “strengthen”.
