响应面法优化紫草中总萘醌的提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 为优化紫草中总萘醌的提取工艺,以料液比、提取温度和提取时间为考察因素,以左旋紫草素标准品为对照,在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化橄榄油提取紫草中总萘醌的提取工艺。研究结果表明,优化的提取工艺为物料比1∶42,提取时间4 h,提取温度46℃。优化的提取工艺合理、可行,可用于提取紫草中的总萘醌。 To optimize the extraction technology of total naphthoquinone from Arnebia euchroma,the ratio of solid to liquid,extraction temperature and extraction time were taken as the investigation factors,and the L-shikonin standard was taken as the control.On the basis of single factor experiment,box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of total naphthoquinone from Arnebia euchroma with olive oil.The results show that the optimized extraction process was material ratio 1:42 g/mL,extraction time 4h,extraction temperature 46℃.It is concluded that the optimized extraction technology is reasonable and feasible,and can be used to extract total naphthoquinone from Arnebia euchroma.
