摘要
本文基于有限元方法,对发动机集成排气歧管缸盖进行低周疲劳分析研究,采用瞬态温度边界,研究缸盖的寿命,并对寿命较低的部分进行改进设计,结果表明该发动机缸盖寿命满足设计标准。
Based on the finite element method,the low cycle fatigue analysis of the engine integrated exhaust manifold cylinder head is carried out.The transient temperature boundary is used to study the life of the cylinder head,and the lower part of the life is improved.The results show that the life of the cylinder head meets the design standard.
