摘要
柴油机排气歧管是增压器安装在柴油机上的直接支撑,其可靠性直接影响增压器甚至柴油机的正常工作,对柴油机的性能起着关键作用。对连接增压器与柴油机的排气歧管进行研究,运用Drilik法对排气歧管进行疲劳计算分析。结果表明:疲劳破坏是其主要的失效形式,增压器振动载荷是造成排气歧管疲劳失效的主要原因,并计算得到了排气歧管的最大疲劳损伤。
The exhaust manifold of diesel engine is the direct support of the supercharger mounted on the diesel engine. Its reliability directly affects the the normal work of supercharger and even the diesel engine and plays a key role in the performance of the diesel engine. The exhaust manifolds that connects the turbocharger and the diesel engine was analyzed. The fatigue calculation analysis of exhaust manifold was analyzed by using Drilik method. The results show that the fatigue failure is the main failure form of exhaust manifolds. The supercharger vibration load is the main reason for the fatigue failure of exhaust manifold and the maximum fatigue damage of exhaust manifold is calculated.
