摘要
针对连续长隧道内机车整流模块因承受过大热应力,发生热疲劳失效的问题,以HXN5型内燃机车主变流器为例,基于试验测试数据以及Coffin Manson方程,研究了隧道效应对机车整流模块使用寿命的影响。Coffin Manson方程反映了环境温差、循环频率、最高温度等因素对电力电子器件寿命的影响,计算结果与实际情况接近,可以作为电力电子器件热疲劳寿命预测、整流模块设计与维保的参考依据。
Aiming at the problem of thermal fatigue failure of power electronic devices in locomotive rectifier module due to excessive temperature stress from the continuous operation in long tunnel,it analyzed the influence of tunnel effect on the service life of locomotive rectifier module,taking the main converter of the HXN5 diesel locomotive as an example,and based on the test data as well as the CoffinMason equation.Coffin-Mason equation reflects the influence of temperature difference,cycle frequency and maximum temperature on the service life of power electronic device.The calculation result is closed to the actual condition,which can be used as references for thermal fatigue life prediction,rectifier module design and maintenance of power electronic device.
