摘要
在思想政治教育接受中,受教育者的动机因素是接受的内在前提。需要、动机(狭义)、兴趣既是思想政治教育接受中不可或缺的动机因素,也是逐步升华的三个层次,在思想政治教育接受中发挥了基石作用。激发与培育受教育者的动机因素,是教育者面临的重要现实任务。立足思想政治教育本质,根据教育学、心理学等相关理论,在激发与培育受教育者动机因素上,教育者应做到:坚定理论自信,展现真理魅力;重视人格作用,身教重于言传;根据需要灌输,促成动机升华。这三个方面路径的切实践行,能够有效地提升思想政治教育接受的效果。
In the acceptance of ideological and political education,the educatee’smotivational factorsis the internal premise of acceptance.Need,motivation and interest are the indispensable motivational factors in the acceptance of ideological and political education,which are also three levels of gradual sublimation,playing cornerstone roles in the acceptance of ideological and political education.It is an important task for educators to stimulate and cultivate the motivational factors of the educatee.Based on the essence of ideological and political education,according to relevant theories of pedagogy and psychology,educators should strengthen theoretical self-confidence and show the charm of truth;attach importance to the role of personality,teaching is more important than words;and promote the sublimation of motivation by indoctrination according to needs.The practice of these three aspects can effectively improve the effect of ideological and political education.
