摘要
新型职业农民是促进农业农村发展的重要人力资本。文章基于西方发达国家的经验教训,立足我国基本国情,提出在培育新型职业农民的过程中,应当对农业资本和技术重组带来的规律性问题加以防范,发挥我国农村经营制度的优势,增强基层政府的农业社会服务功能,在培育新型职业农民中实现乡村振兴。
New professional farmers are important human capital to promote the development of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the experience and lessons of western developed countries and China's basic national conditions,this paper puts forward that in the process of cultivating new professional farmers,we should guard against the regular problems caused by agricultural capital and technology restructuring,give full play to the advantages of China's rural management system,and enhance the agricultural social service function of the grass-roots government,so as to achieve rural revitalization in the cul⁃tivation of new professional farmers.
