摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下麦默通治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的手术方法及临床预后。方法:选择本院2019年1月~2019年12月收治的100例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,随机均分两组各50例,对照组采用传统乳腺肿物切除,观察组采用超声引导下麦默通治疗,对比两组预后情况。结果:观察组患者住院时间、切口愈合时间、VAS评分、疤痕长度均小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率4.00%低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下麦默通治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的手术方法便捷精准,术后患者康复迅速,并发症少。
Objective:To explore the operation method of maimertong in the treatment of breast benign tumor under the guidance of ultrasound and prognosis analysis.Methods:100 patients with breast benign tumor were selected from January 2019 to December 2019,50 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with traditional mastectomy,the study group was treated with maimertong under the guidance of ultrasound.The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results:The hospitalization time,incision healing time,VAS score and scar length in the study group were all less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.00%lower than that in the control group 24.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the guidance of ultrasound,maimertong is accurate in the treatment of breast benign tumor,the postoperative patients recovered quickly and had few complications.
