超声引导下麦默通旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析超声引导下麦默通旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床效果。方法抽取2016-01―2017-01间在洛阳石化医院拟行乳腺肿块切除手术的92例乳腺良性肿块患者,随机分为2组,每组46例。常规组实施传统切除术,对观察组在超声引导下实施麦默通微创切除术。比较2组患者的手术指标及疗效。结果 2组患者均顺利完成手术,观察组手术时间、术中出血量及术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率、疤痕愈合长度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后均获6个月随访,均未发现乳腺内残留病灶。结论超声引导下麦默通微创乳腺肿块切除术治疗良性肿块,创伤小、术后并发症少、复发率无明显增加、安全性高且美容效果好。
