摘要
目的分析超声引导下行麦默通乳腺微创旋切术用于乳腺良性肿瘤患者的效果。方法便利选取2021年3月—2023年6月宁化县总医院收治的45例乳腺良性肿瘤患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同,将患者分为对照组(n=22)与研究组(n=23),对照组予以传统开放式手术,研究组予以超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术,分析比较两组手术治疗的近远期效果。结果相较于对照组,研究组手术指标更优,并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组术后3 d、1周的肿瘤标志物水平均比术前低,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为95.65%,略高于对照组的81.82%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.179,P=0.140)。结论在乳腺良性肿瘤患者治疗中施行超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术,手术时间短、出血量少、并发症风险低,而且对肿瘤标志物的改善无不良影响。
Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast gyrotomy with merton in patients with benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 45 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to Ninghua County General Hospital from March 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the control group(n=22)and the study group(n=23).The control group received traditional open surgery,and the study group received ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast gyrotomy with merton.The short-term and long-term effects of surgical treatment between the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had better surgical indicators and lower complication rate,the difference were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of tumor markers 3 days and 1 week after surgery of two groups were lower than those before surgery,but there was no statistical significance between two groups(both P>0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 95.65%,slightly higher than that of the control group(81.82%),the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.179,P=0.140).Conclusion In the treatment of benign breast tumors,ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast gyrotomy of merton has short operation time,less blood loss,low risk of complications,and no adverse effects on the improvement of tumor markers.
