摘要
目的研究雷公藤多苷片联合肾复康胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果。方法74例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组采用雷公藤多苷片治疗,观察组采用雷公藤多苷片联合肾复康胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、副反应发生率、治疗前后中医征候积分、实验室指标(24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血肌酐)。结果观察组治疗总有效率91.89%高于对照组的70.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.638,P<0.05)。观察组副反应发生率为13.51%(5/37),与对照组的10.81%(4/37)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的中医症候评分为(8.05±3.05)分,低于对照组的(12.05±2.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血肌酐水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾小球肾炎患者采用雷公藤多苷片联合肾复康胶囊治疗效果理想,不会产生严重的副反应,对改善患者的中医症候评分和相关的实验室指标发挥了重要的作用,是理想的联合用药方案。
Objective To study the effect of tripterygium glycoside tablets combined with Shenfukang capsules on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 74 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tripterygium glycoside tablets,and the observation group was treated with tripterygium glycoside tablets combined with Shenfukang capsules.The clinical effect,incidence of adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and laboratory indexes(24 h urinary protein,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 91.89%of the observation group was higher than 70.27%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.638,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 13.51%(5/37)of the observation group had no statistically significant difference compared with 10.81%(4/37)of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score(8.05±3.05)points of the observation group was lower than(12.05±2.64)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24 h urinary protein,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium glycoside tablets combined with Shenfukang capsule has an ideal therapeutic effect without serious side effects for chronic glomerulonephritis.It plays an important role in improving the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and related laboratory indexes of patients,and is an ideal combination medication scheme.
