摘要
目的探析应用培土益肾汤治疗脾肾两虚型肾病综合征的临床疗效观察。方法在2016年1月—2018年4月期间于徐州市中医院接受肾病综合征治疗的患者中,随机选取48例脾肾两虚型肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组25例和参照组23例。参照组予糖皮质激素联合对症支持治疗;观察组在参照组治疗基础上联合培土益肾汤治疗。治疗结束后比较两组患者治疗前后血脂及肾功能指标。结果观察组与参照组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量分别为(1.31±0.94)g,(2.18±1.06)g、尿素氮(6.14±0.56)mmol/L,(6.81±0.92)mmol/L、肌酐(55.73±4.87)μmol/L,(60.38±5.36)μmol/L、甘油三酯(1.08±0.15)mmol/L,(1.54±0.12)mmol/L、总胆固醇(3.25±0.64)mmol/L,(4.49±0.37)mmol/L水平均明显低于参照组(t=3.014、3.076、3.149、8.123、11.666,P<0.05);观察组血清白蛋白水平为(36.45±2.16)g/L,高于参照组(33.97±2.47)g/L(t=3.710,P<0.05)。结论培土益肾汤能够降低脾肾两虚型肾病综合征患者24 h尿蛋白及血脂水平,改善患者肾功能,有助于缓解患者临床症状,临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Peitu Yishen Decoction in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency.Methods From January 2016 to April 2018,among the patients who were treated with nephrotic syndrome in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,48 patients with nephrotic syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency were randomly selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups.There were 25 patients in theobservation group and 23 patients in the reference group.The reference group was given glucocorticoid combined with symptomatic supportive treatment;the observation group was treated with Peitu Yishen Decoction on the basis of the reference group treatment.After treatment,the blood faat and renal function indicators of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The urine protein levels of the observation group and the reference group were(1.31±0.94)g,(2.18±1.06)g,urea nitrogen(6.14±0.56)mmol/L,(6.81±0.92)mmol/L,and creatinine.(55.73±4.87)μmol/L,(60.38±5.36)μmol/L,triglyceride(1.08±0.15)mmol/L,(1.54±0.12)mmol/L,total cholesterol(3.25±0.64)mmol/L,(4.49±0.37)mmol/L water was significantly lower than the reference group(t=3.014,3.076,3.149,8.123,11.666,P<0.05);the serum albumin level of the observation group was(36.45±2.16)g/L,higher than the reference group(33.97±2.47)g/L(t=3.710,P<0.05).Conclusion Petu Yishen Decoction can reduce the 24-hour urine protein and blood lipid levels in patients with nephrotic syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency,improve the renal function of patients,and help to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
