摘要
目的探讨肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年8月~2019年8月我院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者80例,根据用药方案的不同,将分为研究组与基础组,每组各40例。入院后,所有患者均根据患者表现的临床症状予对症支持等一般治疗,在此基础上,基础组予氯沙坦钾治疗,研究组予肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾治疗;观察两组用药后临床疗效、治疗前后肾功能指标水平、用药后不良反应发生率。结果研究组用药后治疗总有效率为(92.50%),基础组治疗总有率(80.00%),具有显著差异(P<0.05);用药后,两组24h尿蛋白、血肌酐、血尿氮素均有不同程度的下降(P<0.05),且研究组下降程度明显高于基础组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率(10.00%),基础组(5.00%),统计学无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾治疗能够提高慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床疗效,且安全性高,该方案值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:TTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenyankangfu tablet combined with losartan potassium on patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:Totally,80 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019.They were divided into control group and test group with 40 patients in each group.Patients in control group received routine treatment,while patients in test group received Shenyankangfu tablet combined with losartan potassium treatment.After two weeks,the renal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.5%in test group,and 80%in control group.The serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,and 24-hour urine protein were decreased differently,however,the test group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between test group(10.00%)and control group(5.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusions:Shenyankangfu tablet combined with losartan potassium has definite effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and high safety,worth promoting.
