摘要
大港南部油田油水井套管腐蚀严重,已严重影响到注采开发井网完善和整体开发效益,也给所处地区带来安全环保隐患。结合腐蚀产物、腐蚀介质室内实验,在系统研究套管腐蚀机理的基础上,对目前常用的套管腐蚀预防技术进行了评价,优选出有机内涂层套管作为套管腐蚀预防技术对策,并结合油水井工作环境,重点开展了涂层耐磨性、附着力、硬度、柔韧性、抗冲击性、耐腐蚀性及耐温耐压性等室内评价,为该技术进入现场实施奠定了基础。现场应用表明,该项技术的应用可确保油水井的井筒完整性,消减套损井的潜在安全环保隐患。
The casing corrosion of oil and water wells in southern Dagang oilfield has seriously affected the well pattern improvement and overall development efficiency,and also brought potential safety and environmental protection hazards to the area.Combined with the indoor experiments of corrosion products and corrosive media,based on the systematic study of casing corrosion mechanism,the commonly used casing corrosion prevention technology is evaluated,and the organic inner coating casing is selected as the casing corrosion prevention technical countermeasures.Combined with the working environment of oil and water wells,the indoor evaluation of coating wear resistance,adhesion,hardness,flexibility,impact resistance,corrosion resistance,and temperature and pressure resistance are carried out,which lays the foundation for the technology to be implemented on site.Field application shows that the application of this technology can ensure the wellbore integrity of oil and water wells,and reduce the potential safety and environmental hazards of casing damage wells.
