摘要
大港油田污水矿化度高、温度高和腐蚀性气体含量高,造成注水系统腐蚀结垢严重,制约了油田开发和生产。通过正交试验开展针对管道及井筒腐蚀结垢的主控因素研究,设计了H_(2)S和Na_(2)S两套正交试验方案。试验结果表明:在注水系统现役工况条件下,对碳钢腐蚀速率影响最大的因素是温度,其次是硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)数量,硫化物和CO_(2)含量影响较小。通过研究明确了腐蚀结垢主控因素,初步了解了腐蚀结垢机理,为油田的水质控制和阻垢剂研究明确了方向。
The high salinity, high temperature and high corrosive gas content of the sewage in Dagang Oilfield caused serious corrosion and scaling in the water injection system, which restricted the development and production of the oilfield. Through the orthogonal test, the main control factors for corrosion and scaling of pipeline and well bore were studied, and two orthogonal test schemes of H_(2)S and Na_(2)S were designed. The results showed under the working conditions of the water injection system, the most influential factor on the corrosion rate of carbon steel was temperature, followed by sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB) number, and the least influential factor was sulfide and CO_(2)content. Through the research, the main control factors of corrosion and scale were identified, and its mechanism was preliminarily understood, which clarified the direction for water quality control and scale inhibitor research in oil fields.
