摘要
介绍了电沉积钨合金镀层最常见的几种二元系、三元系及多元系合金类型,概述了在许多重要领域的研究和应用的现状与进展,分析了元素种类和含量对钨合金镀层硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性和热稳定性等性能的影响,并详细探讨电镀工艺中镀液组成、温度、pH值、电流形式以及不同的热处理过程对钨合金镀层晶态与非晶态结构的影响,重点论述了钨合金镀层的耐蚀性与其晶体结构的关系,最后提出了今后钨合金镀层及其耐蚀性研究与应用的重要方向。
Several types of electro-deposited tungsten-based alloy coating and their applications in various industrial fields were introduced. The influence of element type and content on the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal stability were systematically analyzed. Technically, the parametric influence, such as electroplating solution composition, temperature, pH, current density, and heat treatment, on the crystal structures was discussed as well. Finally, more discussion was focused on the relation between the corrosion resistance and crystal structure of tungsten-based alloy coating, and therefore, it is proposed the potential research field in tungsten-based alloy coating and its anti-corrosion properties.
