摘要
针对Ti-Al合金在800℃以上的抗氧化性和摩擦磨损性能存在的问题,分析了Ti-Al合金微弧氧化技术的研究现状和存在问题,提出了解决Ti-Al合金高温氧化和摩擦磨损性能的关键问题,并对抗800℃以上氧化的Ti-Al合金微弧氧化陶瓷层在航空领域的应用进行展望。
In light of the oxidation resistance as well as friction and wear properties of Ti-Al alloys above 800℃ , the research status quo and the existing problems of microarc oxidation technique for Ti-Al alloys are analyzed, and solutions for the key problems about the high temperature oxidation resistance and friction and wear properties of Ti-Al alloys are also given. Besides, the application of micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings on Ti-Al alloys, which are resistant to oxidation above 800℃ in aviation field are also prospected.
