铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜的相分布及其形成 被引量:57

摘要 用X射线衍射(XRD)法研究了LY12铝合金微弧氧化(MAO)陶瓷膜中的相分布,并提出了其形成机制结果表明:铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜主要由α-Al_2O_3,γ-Al_2O_3组成,从表层到里层,α相逐渐增加;表层主要由γ相组成,其含量基本上不随氧化时间变化陶瓷膜内外层α。 The phase distribution of ceramic coatings formed by microarc oxidation on LY12 Al alloy was investigated by XRD method, the formation mechanism was also discussed. The results show that the ceramic coatings mainly contain a--A12O3, γ-Al2O3 phases, the α-Al2O3 content gradually increases from external layer to internal layer of coatings. The external layer of coating is mainly composed of γ-Al2O3 phase, and its content is merely independent on the oxidation time. The difference of α-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3 contents between external layer and internal layer of coating is mainly caused by the change of cooling rate of molten alumina in microarc zone.
