摘要
利用直流微弧氧化技术,通过电压和电流密度控制,在钛合金表面获得的锐钛矿和金红石型TiO2薄膜。在模拟体液中浸泡后,观察羟基磷灰石沉积效果。实验表明锐钛矿型TiO2相比较金红石、锐钛矿混合型TiO2具有良好的生物相容性。
The voltage and current density were controlled to get the anatase and rutile coating on titanium surface by DC microarc oxidation treatment.Then they were exposed to simulated body fluid for biomimetic minerialization.subsequently composition and structure of the coatings surface were investigated with X-ray diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results demonstrate that the bioactivity of anatase is superior to that of the compound of rutile and anatase.
