摘要
目的研究冠心病患者三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density liptein cholesterol,HDL-C)水平表达与预后的相关性。方法选取本院2019年4月至2020年4月的86例冠心病患者作为研究对象,设为研究组,根据不同预后情况将其分为A组(死亡组,20例)与B组(存活组,66例);另选取本院同时期行常规体检的86例健康者作为对照研究对象,设为对照组,所有受试者均行TG及HDL-C水平检测,对比研究组与对照组以及A组与B组的检测结果,分析TG及HDL-C水平与冠心病患者病死率的相关性。结果研究组的TG及HDL-C水平均低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组86例患者中死亡20例,病死率为23.26%,A组的TG及HDL-C水平均低于B组,P<0.05;Pearson相关性分析结果显示,TG及HDL-C水平与冠心病患者病死率呈明显的负相关性。结论冠心病患者的TG及HDL-C水平呈低表达状态,且其水平表达与患者预后之间存在明显的负相关。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of triglyceride(TG)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Eighty-six patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,which were divided into group A(death group,20 cases)and group B(survival group,66 cases)according to different prognosis conditions;86 healthy people who had routine physical examination at the same time were selected as the control subjects,which were all tested for TG and HDL-C levels,the correlation between TG and HDL-C levels and mortality of patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed.Results The levels of TG and HDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;among the 86 patients in the study group,20 died,the mortality rate was 23.26%,and the levels of TG and HDL-C in group A were lower than those in group B,P<0.05;Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of TG and HDL-C were significantly negatively correlated with the mortality rate of patients with coronary heart disease.Conclusion The level of TG and HDL-C in patients with coronary heart disease is low,and there is a significant negative correlation between the level of TG and HDL-C and the prognosis of patients.
