摘要
随着大数据产业的快速发展,对相关人才培养提出了迫切需求。本文基于成果导向的教育理念,梳理产业对大数据人才的素质要求,结合学院的办学定位和实际情况,提出了大数据人才培养目标。基于反向设计、正向实施的教学理念,对大数据人才培养模式提出思考。
With the rapid development of big data industry,the need for relevant cultivate talent becomes more and more urgent.Based on the outcome-based education theory,this study puts forward the cultivate talent objectives of big data in combination with the college-running orientation,current situation of the college-running and quality requirements of the industry for big data talents.With respect to the educational theory of reverse design and positive teaching implementation,the main purpose of this work is to study on the cultivate talent mode of big data.
