摘要
本研究旨在探讨大蒜提取物中草药组合物对断奶21 d育肥仔兔死亡率的影响。本研究以断奶1〜21 d伊拉4系配套系商品代肉兔(以下简称伊拉兔)为试验动物,以江西中成人药业有限公司生产的大蒜提取物中草药组合物为试验材料。采用单因子试验设计,选取同一天断奶的30 d、体质量相近(706.67±43.33 g)、健康无病的伊拉配套系商品代肉兔1080只,依据公母各半的配对原则随机分为2个处理,分别为试验组与对照组,每个处理540只(每个处理9个重复,每个重复60只)。试验组在对照组日粮基础上,用0.15%的大蒜提取物中草药组合物取代对照组中的抗生素组合物、抗氧化剂及香味剂。结果表明,在断奶1〜21 d的育肥仔兔饲料中添加1.5%的大蒜提取物中草药组合物可以:①将断奶1〜21 d育肥仔兔的死亡率控制在5.00%,比对照组的4.81%仅高0.19%,处于该规模兔场近3年同期育肥仔兔的死亡率(3%〜5%)范围之内;②提高断奶1〜21 d育肥仔兔的平均日增质量至41.25 g,较对照组的33.89 g高7.36 g(P<0.05);③降低断奶1〜21 d育肥仔兔的料重比至2.57,较对照组的3.13少0.56(P<0.05);④提高断奶1〜21 d育肥仔兔的健康度;⑤本大蒜提取物中草药组合物具有防霉效果,可用于兔饲料的保鲜。本研究提示大蒜提取物中草药组合物可以用于断奶1〜21 d育肥仔兔的替抗养殖。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of garlic extracts and Chi-nese herb compositions(CGEC)on reducing mortality rale of fattening rabbits for 1~21 days afterweaning.In this study,1~21 d weaned four lines IRA commercial strains meat rabbits(lRARabbit for short below)were used as experimental animuals,and CCE produced by JiangxiZhongchengren Pharmaceutical Co.,Lld.were used as experimental materials.Using single factorexperiment design,1080 weaned at 30d after birth,similar weight(706.67±43.33 g),healthy and disease-free IRA Rabbits based on the principles of male and female half pairs,were ran-domly divided into treated group and control group respectively,each treatment having 540 IRARabbits(9 replicates in each irealtment,and 60 IRA Rabbits in each replicale).The results.showed that adding 1.5%GEC to the fattening rabbit feed for 1~21 days after weaning could:①The mortality rate of fattening rabbits was reduced to 5.00%,Only 0.19%higher than the 4.81%of the control group,but within the range of mortality rate(3%~5%)of young rabbits fattenedin the same period in the past 3 years in this farm.②The average daily gain of fattening rabbitswas increased to 41.25 g for 1~21d young fattening rabbits after weaning,7.36 g higher than the33.89 g of the control group(P<0.05);3The feed weight ratio decreased to 2.57,0.56 g lessthan the 3.13 of the control group(P<0.05);④The health of fattening rabbits for 1~21 d afterweaning was improved.⑤The GEC had mildew-proof effect and could be used for keeping freshof rabbit feed.This studly suggested that the GCE could be used in replacement of livestock farm-ing raised with complex antibiotics for fattening rabbits for 1~21 days after weaning.
