摘要
本文介绍了从天然大蒜中提取饲料端替抗用大蒜总提取物的必要性及其广泛的营养活性作用与替抗特点。
The necessity of extracting the total extract(ETE)used for alternative antibiotics in feed from natural garlic was introduced in this article Furthermore the extensive nutritive activ-ities and characteristics of alternative antibiotics were reviewed.
