摘要
文章利用奇瑞新能源汽车公司某两挡变速器省级科技项目平台资源,对动力系统进行了选型及优化匹配。考虑到我国最新制定的续航测试的中国工况等因素,并结合我国高速公路的特点,对电机系统进行了选型;考虑到整车动力性进行了变速器1挡传动比设计;以提升整车高速续航为目标,对变速器2挡传动比进行了优化设计;使用AMESIM软件建立了整车动力性和经济性仿真模型,并进行了试验验证。仿真和试验结果表明:在整车不同工况的使用条件下,该动力系统的设计使电机系统效率提升了1%-3%。
Based on the platform resources of the provincial science and technology project of Chery new energy,the power system is selected and optimized;the motor system is selected according to China's latest endurance test conditions and the characteristics of China's expressways;the first gear transmission ratio of the gearbox is designed considering the power performance of the whole vehicle;the power consumption of the whole vehicle is taken as the goal,and the power consumption of the whole vehicle is improved.The second gear transmission ratio of the gearbox is optimized;AMESIM software is used to establish the simulation model of vehicle power performance and economy,and the test is carried out;the simulation and test results show that the efficiency of motor system can be improved by 1%-3%under different working conditions.
