摘要
为了改善大功率永磁同步电机作为电动车用驱动电机在不同道路情况下的功率分配,提出一种分层结构的双Y移0°式三相定子绕组内置式四层扁线永磁同步电机,将四层绕组大功率扁线永磁同步电机结构按绕组层数分为两个两层绕组小功率电机结构。并对三种绕组结构运行模式下的电磁性能、气隙磁密分布和感应电动势进行比较分析,为大功率多层结构扁线永磁同步电机分配成几个相对较小的功率单元用作电动车驱动电机提供一定借鉴意义。
In order to improve the high power permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric vehicle drive motor power allocation in different road conditions,this paper proposed a hierarchical structure of dual Y shift 0 ° type three-phase stator winding built-in four layers of flat wire,permanent magnet synchronous motor will power the four layers of flat wire according to the permanent magnet synchronous motor winding layer is divided into two small power two layer winding structure.Conducted the electromagnetic properties of the structure under three kinds of winding and air gap flux density distribution analysis and induction electromotive force,flat wire distribution of permanent magnet synchronous motor for high-power multilayer structure into several relatively small power unit applied in electric vehicle provide certain reference significance.
