电动汽车永磁同步电机的有限元分析及优化 被引量:5

摘要 驱动电机的优化设计是电动汽车的关键技术之一。以一台额定功率45 kW、额定转速3 000 r/min的电动汽车永磁同步电机为研究对象。首先,利用磁路法得到电机的初步设计方案,并利用有限元法对电机进行电磁场分析,验证初步设计方案的合理性,并通过永磁体斜极的方法改善了空载反电动势波形。然后,采用遗传算法对电机的设计参数进行优化,计算结果显示,齿槽转矩、空载气隙磁密及永磁体用量等参数优化效果显著。最后,分析了设计电机在不同工况下的性能,通过参数化分析计算得到电机效率MAP图,对设计电机整个运行范围的性能以及损耗情况进行分析,证明了优化设计方法的有效性。 The optimization design of driving motor is one of the key technologies for the electric vehicle. A permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) for electric vehicles with rated power of 45kW and rated speed of 3 000 r/min is designed. Firstly, the preliminary design scheme is obtained by using the magnetic circuit method. In order to verify the effectiveness of the design scheme, the electromagnetic field analysis is implemented by using the finite element method. The no-load back electromotive force waveform is improved with the method of permanent magnet oblique pole. The genetic algorithm is also used to optimize the motor parameters. The optimization calculation results show that the parameters such as slot torque, no-load air-gap flux density and permanent magnet amount have significant optimization effects. Finally, the performance of the designed motor under different working conditions is analyzed, and the motor efficiency MAP is obtained through parametric analysis and calculation, and the performance and loss of the whole operation range of the designed motor are analyzed, which proved the effectiveness of the optimization design method.
