摘要
以昆山市马鞍山路东延工程北环城河亭林大桥施工为背景,提出了一种变截面连续钢箱梁拼装施工新技术,即"卧装反造法"3+1模式施工技术。该技术以BIM技术为基础进行节段拼装建模,有效提高钢箱梁节段加工精度,消除节段间拼装误差,使整个钢箱梁制造和预拼装在较小的空间内得以完成,保证节段加工生产顺利进行,为同类箱梁施工提供了新的选择。
Based on construction of Tinglin bridge of north moat belongs to East extension project of Ma’anshan road in Kunshan,a new installing construction technology of variable cross-section continuous steel box girder,Model3+1 by horizontal installation and reverse construction,is put forward.The content of it is segment assembly modeling by BIM technology.It can effectively improve the processing accuracy of steel box girder segments,eliminate the assembly errors between segments,finish the manufacturing and preassembly of the whole steel box girder in a small space and ensure the segment produced successfully.The technology provide new for similar box girder construction.
