摘要
顶推工艺在公路桥梁钢箱梁应用过程中,能够避免交通管制,而且实际交通保养和防护成本低,适合在实际工程建设中普及应用。根据以往工作经验,对钢箱梁施工方案比选内容进行总结,并从钢箱梁分节段组拼施工、钢箱梁节段顶推施工、钢箱梁节段组拼及支座安装施工3个方面,论述了钢箱梁安装关键技术。
Pushing technology can avoid traffic control in the application process of steel box girders of highway bridges,and the actual traffic maintenance and protection requirements are limited in cost,which is suitable for popularization and application in actual engineering construction.Based on previous work experience,this paper summarizes the comparison and selection of construction schemes for steel box girder,and discusses the key technologies of steel box girder installation from three aspects:steel box girder segmental assembling construction,steel box girder segmental pushing construction,steel box girder segmental assembling and support installation construction.
