上跨浅埋段铁路隧道钢箱梁拖拉式顶推施工技术 被引量:1

Drag-type Jacking Construction Technology of Steel Box Girder in Railway Tunnel with Upper Span and Shallow Buried Section

摘要 为进一步研究钢箱梁顶推施工技术,以云南省昆明市呈贡42号路钢箱梁顶推施工为背景,基于理论计算、数值模拟和工程验证等手段对钢箱梁施工控制及优化技术进行总结.工程在上跨浅埋段铁路隧道的情况下,为确保钢箱梁顶推施工安全作业,采用拖拉的方式代替顶推进行施工,首先采用钢箱梁拖拉式平坡顶推,平推到位之后,交替顶起梁体,拆除保护支墩和钢板垫块,向下落梁,一定程度上减小了顶推过程中梁体滑移、脱落的风险.总结了采用拖拉式顶推方法架设钢箱梁的各项技术措施. In order to further study the pusher construction technology of steel box girder,this paper takes the pusher construction of Chenggong No.42 Road in Kunming as the background,and summarizes the construction control and optimization technology of steel box girder based on theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and engineering verification.In the case of the upper span shallow buried section of the railway tunnel,in order to ensure the safe operation of the steel box girder jacking construction,the dragging method is adopted instead of the jacking construction.Firstly,the steel box girder dragging-type flat slope jacking is adopted.After the flat pushing is in place,the beam body is jacked up alternately,the protective pier and steel plate pad are removed,and the beam is dropped down to reduce the risk of sliding and falling of the beam body in the jacking process to a certain extent.This paper summarizes various technical measures of erecting steel box girder by drag pushing method,which can be used for reference in similar projects.
