摘要
基于大学本科行政管理专业的培养目标,以《管理心理学》课程为例,探讨指向学生毕业要求的课程目标与课程思政相融合的一体化教学设计方案。在教学目标、课程资源、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价等环节的设计与实践中,融入马克思主义哲学、社会主义核心价值观、中华传统文化、个人素质、职业素养等思政元素,体现思政工作在高校的“全程育人、全方位育人、全员育人”思想,利用课堂教学主阵地,提升人才培养质量。
Based on the training objectives of the undergraduate administrative management major,taking the course of"Management Psychology"as an example,this paper discusses the integrated teaching design scheme of the integration of the curriculum objectives and the ideological and political education of the course.In the process of designing and practising teaching objectives,curriculum resources,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,the ideological and political elements such as Marxist philosophy,socialist core values,Chinese traditional culture,personal quality,professional quality etc.are integrated.It reflects the ideological and political work in Colleges and universities"whole process education,all-round education,and all staff education",and uses classroom teaching matrix to improve the quality of personnel training.
