摘要
如何科学地进行创新人才的评价和激励是人力资源管理的重大理论课题。通过横向比较、纵向比较阐述了山西省科技创新人才评价现状,采用数据包络分析法(DEA模型)进行了科技创新人才评价的实证分析,提出了科技人才评价的建议。
How to scientifically evaluate and encourage innovative talents is a major theoretical topic of human resources management.Through horizontal comparison and vertical comparison,this paper expounds the current situation of the evaluation of scientific and technological innovation talents in Shanxi Province,adopts the Data Envelopment Analysis method(DEA model)to conduct an empirical analysis of the evaluation of scientific and technological innovation talents,and puts forward suggestions for the evaluation of scientific and technological talents.
