摘要 SNCR脱硝工艺由于施工周期短、项目投资少,特别适用于锅炉结构相对较小的垃圾焚烧炉,已在大多数垃圾焚烧厂中得到应用。以天津市某垃圾焚烧厂作为实验对象,根据垃圾焚烧炉的内部构造,参考有关选择性非催化还原脱硝文献,设计SNCR脱硝工艺开展脱硝工程实验,进而评估此套工艺的可行性。实验结果显示,垃圾焚烧烟气中氮氧化物浓度24 h均值从437 mg/m3降至175 mg/m3,完全符合国家标准GB 18485—2014对垃圾焚烧烟气中氮氧化物24 h均值低于250 mg/m3的排放要求。 Due to the short construction period and low project investment,selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)denitration process is especially suitable for waste incinerators with relatively small boiler structure,and has been applied in most waste incineration plants.Taking a waste incineration plant in Tianjin as the experimental object,according to the internal structure of the waste incinerator and referring to the literature on SNCR denitration,SNCR denitration process was designed to carry out denitration engineering experiments,and then the feasibility of this process was evaluated.The experimental results show that the 24-hour mean value of NOx concentration in waste incineration flue gas is reduced from 437 mg/m3 to 175 mg/m3,which is in full compliance with the emission requirements of the national standard GB 18485 that the 24-hour mean value of NOx in waste incineration flue gas is lower than 250 mg/m3.
