摘要
通过实验研究了氧气对模拟烟气中NO氧化率的主要影响因素,以及氢氧化钠溶液吸收法对氧化后模拟烟气中NOx的去除率。实验中首先重点研究了进口NO浓度、反应温度、氧气浓度和烟气中SO2浓度对NO氧化率的影响,在此基础上还研究了NO氧化率和碱液吸收法与烟气中NO_x去除率的关系。实验结果表明在低温条件下,增大进口NO浓度、氧气浓度和氧化反应时间,均有利于增大NO氧化率,而且NO氧化率随上述参数增大起初增加显著,在达到一定值后增加趋势减缓,而烟气中SO2对NO氧化率影响较小。在氢氧化钠溶液质量浓度为6%、p H=9的吸收条件下,增加NO氧化率能促进模拟烟气的NOx去除率。
The main factors of NO oxidation efficiency in simulated flue gas by oxygen,and the NOx removal efficiency after oxidation by sodium hydroxide solution were discussed.The inlet NO concentration,reaction temperature,O2 and SO2 concentration in flue gas were investigated in the influence of NO oxidation efficiency.In addition,the effect of NO oxidation efficiency rate and alkaline aqueous solution on NOx remove rate was investigated.Under the condition of low temperature,the results show that with increasing NO concentration,oxygen concentration and residence reaction time are beneficial to increase the NO oxidation efficiency.And the NO oxidation efficiency increases significantly with the increase of the above parameters,and then increases slowly after reaching a certain value,while SO2 concentration has little effect on the NO oxidation in flue gas.The results show that when studied under conditions of mass fraction of NaOH=6%and pH=9,the increase of NO oxidation efficiency can promote the NOx removal efficiency in simulated flue gas.
