摘要
火电厂燃煤锅炉中排放的氮氧化物(NOx)是造成大气污染的主要成分之一,如何经济有效地控制其排放量是我国乃至世界节能减排领域中急需解决的问题。NOx的排放受很多因素影响,文中结合潍坊电厂3号、4号超临界压力直流锅炉,从省煤器出口氧量变化、炉膛大风箱压差变化、SOFA风量变化、CCOFA风量变化、不同磨煤机运行组合、偏置风量变化等方面研究锅炉燃烧调整对NOx排放的影响,并得出相应的结论,为同类机组的运行人员提供参考。
Coal-fired thermal power plant emissions of nitrogen oxides(NOx)air pollution is caused by one of the main ingredients,how to cost-effectively control emissions in china and the world in the field of energy saving is an urgent need to be solved.NOx emissions are restricted by a lot factors.Through the supercritical pressure boiler No.3、4 of company Weifang,this article researches the effects of NOx emission by combustion regulation due to the change in oxygen from the economizer exit,of the furnace bellows pressure,of SOFA air flow,of CCOFA air flow and so on.Conclusions are obtained,giving reference for the same operation.
