摘要
对某国产600 MW超临界燃煤机组NO_x排放自动控制存在的问题进行研究,分析造成烟囱出口NO_x浓度控制不理想的原因,提出改进脱硝温度保护、优化锅炉燃烧控制策略、在喷氨控制中增加预测控制及动态前馈的综合优化方法并给以实施,实现机组烟囱NO_x排放小于50 mg/m3的"超低排放"目标,监测数据达到燃机排放水平。
This paper studies existing problems in automatic control for NOx emission of one homemade 600 MW supercritical coal-fired unit and analyzes reasons for unsatisfactory control on NOx concentration at the exit of chimney. It proposes and implements comprehensive optimization methods of improving denitration temperature protection, optimizing boiler combustion control strategy and adding forecast control and dynamic feedforward in ammonia spraying control so as to realize target of ultra low emission of making NOx emission concentration less than 50 mg/m3 as well as ensure monitoring data reach to emission level of the gas turbine.
