摘要
目前火电厂面临严峻的环保压力,进行超低排放改造是火电厂必然的选择。通过大量的理论研究分析了火电厂超低排放优化技术路线,并通过大量的现场超低排放改造的实际工程案例,理论密切联系工程实践,验证了提出的超低排放优化技术路线的可行性。研究成果应用机组包括了容量从300 MW到1 050 MW的煤粉锅炉,以及300 MW循环流化床锅炉,因此所提出的火电厂超低排放技术路线适用于目前我国主要的机组类型。
Due to serious environmental protection pressure,it is necessary to make ultra-low emission reconstruction for the thermal power plant. This paper analyzes optimized technical route for ultra-low emission of the thermal power plant based on a great deal of researches and verifies feasibility of the proposed technical route by combining actual engineering cases of field ultra-low emission reconstructions. Actual applications cover coal-fired boilers with capacities from 300 MW to 1 050 MW and 300 MW circulating fluidized bed( CFB) boiler,which declares the optimized technical route for the ultra-low emission of thermal power plant involves current major unit types in China.
