摘要
为了监测某核化工厂工艺尾气中氮氧化物的含量,基于红外线吸收检测原理,设计了一套氮氧化物在线监测系统。针对工艺尾气管道杂质多、相对湿度较大、酸性等情况,提出了对采样气体预处理的方法;为保证系统的快速响应,研究了样品的过量采样快速输送方法;结合红外检测原理的特点和尾气中氮氧化物的成分,选取了两台红外分析仪表分别检测NO和NO2;采用了工控机搭载数据采集卡的方式采集和处理数据,完成人机交互。该系统已三年多时间,实际应用情况表明系统性能良好,各项指标满足要求。
A set of measurement system based on infrared ray absorption is designed to monitor the nitrogen oxide in off-gas.Due to there are some impurities,humidity and acid in off-gas,proposing a sample pretreatment measurement.To insure quick response,researching the quick transfer for sample over collection.Considering the infrared ray absorption measurement and the constituent of the nitrogen oxide in off-gas,there are two instruments to measure NO and NO2 respectively.Using IPC carry data acquisition card to get the data and process,data can be exchanged between operator and computer.This measurement system has already work more than 3 years,now it runs well and meets all the targets.
