摘要
为满足垃圾焚烧后烟气中氮氧化物的排放要求,使生活垃圾焚烧厂SNCR脱硝系统安全稳定地运行,提出了该系统的控制原则和自动控制措施:通过喷枪控制回路控制还原剂溶液尽可能在最佳反应温度窗口与烟气充分混合,提高脱硝效率,降低氨的逃逸量;通过烟气中氮氧化物和氨含量控制回路使氮氧化物排放和氨逃逸达到设计要求。
To meet emission requirements of oxynitride after garbage incineration and make sure safe and stable operation of SNCR denitration system in waste incineration plant,the control principles and automatic control measures of the system were presented. In order to improve denitration efficiency and reduce ammonia slip,the reducing agent was intensive mixed with flue gas in the best temperature window by commanding nozzles control loop. Moreover,requirements of oxynitride emission and ammonia slip could be met by controlling the loop of oxynitride and ammonia content in the flue gas.
