摘要
结合生产实际,从渣型、温度、喷枪控制、生产操作等方面对侧吹炉耐火砖侵蚀原因进行分析研究,提出了降低耐火砖侵蚀速度、延长侧吹还原炉炉龄的措施。
Combined with actual production practice, this paper analyzes and studies on the erosion reasons of SSC furnace lance refractory brick from slag type, temperature, lance control and operation, and puts forward the countermeasures to reduce and control the erosion rate and prolong SSC furnace campaign.
